Bulldogs overcome turnovers in win
Georgia committed five turnovers, but still managed to come away with a 27-24 victory over Mississippi State at Sanford Stadium on Saturday.
The Bulldogs could not cover the 16.5-point spread at home, but the 51 points scored were OVER the posted total of 39.
Matt Stafford had an inconsistent day, going 20-for-32 for 269 yards and two touchdowns, but also three interceptions. Kenneth Harris made four catches for 108 yards for the Bulldogs.
Michael Henig was 14-for-32 for 232 yards and two picks, while Tony Burks caught four passes for 106 yards for Mississippi State.
