Tigers Fall 45-7 Against Georgia - Game Recap
Isaiah Crowell tore up the turf for 132 rushing yards on Saturday to lead the Bulldogs to a 45-7 win over the Tigers at Sanford Stadium.
The Bulldogs were a 11.5-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score dipped UNDER the total, which closed at 55.5.
Aaron Murray completed 14 of 18 pass attempts for 224 yards for the Bulldogs in the win. He did not throw an interception in the game.
Michael Dyer rushed for 48 yards for Auburn, while Onterio McCalebb added 30 yards. Clint Moseley threw for 140 yards for the Tigers, while receivers Emory Blake and Onterio McCalebb had 101 and 19 yards respectively.
Georgia outgained Auburn 528-195 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 30-9 by the Bulldogs.
The time of possession battle favored Georgia as their offense was on the field for 40:55, longer than the 19:05 of their opponents.
Next game, Georgia takes its act home to face Kentucky looking for another win. For Auburn, they head home to face Samford.
