Canucks Down Calgary 3-2 - Match Report

The Canucks earned a 3-2 victory over the Flames on Saturday at Scotiabank Saddledome.

Vancouver won as a -115 favorite, while Over-Under bettors who played UNDER the total of 5.5 were rewarded at the payout window.

Christian Ehrhoff, Ryan Kesler, and Alexandre Burrows each scored for the Canucks in the victory. Burrows opened the scoring for Vancouver, finding the back of the net at 2:02 of the third period. The goal was assisted by Daniel Sedin.

Cory Schneider turned in a 34-save effort for the Canucks.

Calgary got goals from Jarome Iginla and Mikael Backlund in the loss, but it wasn't enough.

Calgary lost the shots on goal battle to Vancouver by a margin of 39-36.
