Maryland upsets heavy favorite Rutgers

The Maryland Terrapins upset the unbeaten Rutgers Scarlet Knights on Saturday 34-24 for their third win of the season.

Rutgers failed to cover the 17.5 points they were favoured by in the game, which went OVER the posted 47.5-point total.

Maryland QB Chris Turner went 15-for-21 for 156 yards in the win, while RB Keon Lattimore ran for 123 yards on 34 carries.

In a losing cause Rutgers QB Mike Teel went 25-for-44 for 310 yards and two touchdowns. RB Ray Rice ran for 97 yards on 21 carries.
