Tomas Vokoun stopped 39 of 41 shots fired at him by Pittsburgh, as the Capitals skated to a 3-2 victory Thursday at Consol Energy Centre.

Washington lost the shots on goal battle to Pittsburgh by a margin of 41-19.

Washington looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Senators. The Penguins will aim to get back on the winning track vs Buffalo.
