On the power play, Pittsburgh went 0-for-5, while the Canadiens were 0-for-4 with the man advantage.
Montreal lost the shots on goal battle to Pittsburgh by a margin of 32-28.
Pittsburgh looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Devils. The Canadiens will aim to get back on the winning track vs Toronto.
