Bruins score late to beat Golden Bears

The No. 20 UCLA Bruins scored 19 points in the fourth quarter Saturday to top the No. 10 California Golden Bears by a 47-40 final score.

The Bruins had been listed as a pick’em in this contest. The combined score went well OVER the game’s posted total (59.5).

Bruins QB Drew Olson went 17-of-33 for 225 yards and two scores in the win, and also ran for a UCLA touchdown. Maurice Drew rushed for three UCLA scores, and also had a TD catch.

For the Golden Bears, Joseph Ayoob completed 18-of-35 pass attempts for 215 yards, tossing TD strikes to Craig Stevens and DeSean Jackson. Justin Forsett and Marshawn Lynch both ran for California scores in the loss.
