Boston Falls 4-3 to Canucks - Recap

Vancouver got a 36-save performance from Cory Schneider as the Canucks handed Boston a 4-3 loss on Saturday at TD Garden.

The Canucks were a +145 underdog in the win. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 5.5.

Henrik Sedin, Ryan Kesler, Alexandre Burrows, and Cody Hodgson each scored for the Canucks in the victory. Kesler opened the scoring for Vancouver, finding the back of the net at 5:41 of the first period. The goal was assisted by Sami Salo and Daniel Sedin.

Cory Schneider stopped 36 of 39 Boston shots in the victory.

David Krejci, Rich Peverley, and Brad Marchand scored for the Bruins, finding the net behind Cory Schneider.

Boston got a 32-stop effort from Tim Thomas in the loss.

On the power play, Vancouver went 4-for-11, while the Bruins were 0-for-7 with the man advantage.

Vancouver lost the shots on goal battle to Boston by a margin of 39-36.

Vancouver looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Panthers. The Bruins will aim to get back on the winning track vs Winnipeg.
