Jayhawks bomb Wildcats
Jake Sharp had 257 total yards and tied a school record with four touchdowns, and the Kansas Jayhawks had a season-best 280 yards rushing to overwhelm the Kansas State Wildcats 52-21 on Saturday afternoon.
The Jayhawks covered the 7.5-point spread, while the combined score played OVER the day's posted total of 68.5.
Sharp finished with a career-best 181 yards rushing and also caught five passes for 76 yards.
Lamark Brown was the only bright spot for Kansas State, scoring on runs of 4, 11 and 1 yards, though all three came after the game was out of reach.
