The Central Michigan Chippewas erased a 12-point deficit with seven minutes to go in Week 12, as they shocked the Akron Zips 35-32 at the Rubber Bowl.

The Chippewas created a PUSH with the 3-point home spread, and the 67 points scored were OVER the posted total of 61.5.

Dan LeFevour was 33-for-54 for 382 yards, two touchdowns and two picks, while running for 132 yards and two majors for the Chippewas.

Chris Jacquemain went 23-for38 for 210 yards, one touchdown and one interception, and Bryan Williams had 18 carries for 145 yards and a pair of scores for the Zips.
