The Nebraska Cornhuskers and Iowa State Cyclones battled to a 20-20 OT tie on Saturday.
The visiting Cyclones were a 5-point underdog coming into the game and emerged as the ATS winner. The total combined points scored of 40 was just OVER the over/under total of 39 1/2 posted at most books.
Nebraska RB Cory Ross carried the ball 15 times for 33 yards, and added eight receptions for 131 yards and two TDs. Iowa State RB Greg Coleman picked up 65 yards on 20 carries. Both teams' backs scored a major in overtime.
Nebraska QB Zac Taylor was good on 36-of-55 passing attempts for 430 yards and two touchdowns. Iowa State pivot Bret Meyer completed 23-of-41 for 317 yards, one touchdown and one interception.
Iowa State, ranked 23rd in the nation going into the game, is now 3-0-1 on the season. Nebraska is also 3-0-1.
