Hoosiers nip Illini in wild affair
Austin Starr kicked a 33-yard field goal at the end of regulation time to give Indiana a 34-32 win over Illinois at Memorial Stadium on Saturday.
The Hoosiers were 8.5-point underdogs to win on the road, and the 66 points scored were OVER the posted total of 45.
Kellen Lewis was 20-for-41 for 238 yards, while Marcus Thigpen gained 91 yards on 13 carries for the Hoosiers.
Juice Williams went 10-for-21 for 190 yards and two touchdowns, and Pierre Thomas Jr. ran for 126 yards and a major on 22 attempts for the Illini.
