Edmonton cruised to victory on Tuesday, earning an easy 4-0 win over the Avalanche at Pepsi Center.

Edmonton won as a +135 underdog, while Over-Under bettors who played UNDER the total of 5.5 were rewarded at the payout window.

Shawn Horcoff, Sam Gagner, Magnus Paajarvi, and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins each scored for the Oilers in the victory. Horcoff opened the scoring for Edmonton, finding the back of the net at 11:20 of the first period. The goal was assisted by Ales Hemsky and Taylor Hall.

Devan Dubnyk stopped 36 of 36 Colorado shots in the victory.

Colorado got a 27-stop effort from Semyon Varlamov in the loss.

Edmonton lost the shots on goal battle to Colorado by a margin of 36-31.

Edmonton looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Red Wings. The Avalanche will aim to get back on the winning track at Minnesota.
