The Penguins earned a 2-1 victory over the Capitals on Tuesday at Consol Energy Centre.

Washington got a goal from Alex Ovechkin in the loss, but it wasn't enough.

Washington lost the shots on goal battle to Pittsburgh by a margin of 36-29.
