Wildcats run past Rebels

Andre Woodson threw three touchdown passes to lead the Kentucky Wildcats to a 31-14 win over the Mississippi Rebels Saturday.

Kentucky came into the contest as 4.5-point favorites at home and made good on covering the spread. The game’s 45 points fell UNDER the posted total (49).

Woodson completed 21-of-34 for 290 yards in the win and Dicky Lions Jr. caught two TD passes and racked up 83 yards receiving.

Brent Schaeffer made good on 13-of-26 for 190 yards, two touchdowns and one interception as the Rebels fall to 1-2 overall.
