Betting on March Madness regions
March Madness is here, the top seeds are picked and now is the time to fill out your bracket and make your NCAA hoops future bets, starting with who you think will win each region.
And it doesn't come as a huge surprise that online sportsbooks offering these odds would list the No. 1 seeds with the best region odds. Ditto when it comes to the overall college national champion, where the top seeds are the best bets.
SportsBetting.ag has the top seeds from each bracket as having the best odds to win the Big Dance.
The team with the best odds is North Carolina (3-1) followed by Louisville (5-1), Pittsburgh (6-1), and UCONN (7-1). Basketball bettors might want to rename the Big East as 'The Big Beast' as that conference boasts three of the top four teams with the best odds to win it all.
Other teams that have decent odds are Memphis (8-1), Oklahoma (12-1), Duke (15-1), Michigan State (15-1), and Syracuse (15-1).
