CFL Week 6 Trends and Betting Preview

The Toronto Argonauts lead the CFL betting standings at 4-0 ATS heading into the sixth week of the campaign, while the Calgary Stampeders have been a wagering disaster so far at an ugly 0-5 ATS through their first five outings. Here's a look at the four CFL betting matchups on tap for Week 6; find game lines and futures at Bovada.

B.C. at Winnipeg - July 30

Last 10 Meetings: Winnipeg 3-7 SU, 5-5 ATS | OU 3-7

The Blue Bombers have just one SU win in their last eight games against the Lions and one ATS victory in the last four games between the Western teams as they prepare to meet on Thursday night. Last season Winnipeg went just 1-2 both SU and ATS in its three games against B.C., with the OVER/UNDER also 1-2 in those meetings. The UNDER, though, has paid out seven times for totals bettors in their last 10 matchups.

Saskatchewan at Edmonton - July 31

Last 10 Meetings: Edmonton 6-4 SU, 8-2 ATS | OU 5-5

The Eskimos are a dominant 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games against the Roughriders dating all the way back to 2012 with those Western clubs meeting in Week 6 action on Friday night. Edmonton went 3-1 both SU and ATS against Saskatchewan last season, with the UNDER paying off for totals bettors in each of those contests. The Eskimos lead the Western standings at 3-1 both SU and ATS this season.

Montreal at Calgary - August 1

Last 10 Meetings: Calgary 6-4 SU, 7-3 ATS | OU 5-5

The Stampeders have already suffered one SU and ATS loss against the Alouettes this season as those teams do battle in Week 6 CFL betting action on Saturday. Montreal beat Calgary 29-11 as a 9.5-point home underdog on the CFL odds back on July 3, in an UNDER result for totals bettors. The UNDER has now paid out in five of the last seven games between the Alouettes and Stampeders dating back to 2012.

Toronto at Hamilton - August 3

Last 10 Meetings: Hamilton 4-6 SU, 5-5 ATS | OU 6-4

The Tiger-Cats are a lucrative 5-1 ATS in their last six games against the rival Argonauts with those two teams set to close out Week 6 of the CFL betting slate on Monday. Hamilton went just 1-2 SU in its three games against Toronto last season, but covered the spread twice in that span. The UNDER has gone 4-2 for totals bettors at the sportsbooks in the last six games between the Tiger-Cats and Argonauts.
