LoL 2016 KeSPA Cup Betting Odds

There ain’t no rest for the wicked, as the Korean League of Legends scene quickly jumps back into action after the worlds. The first major tournament is the KeSPA Cup, with the winner earning the privilege to represent the LCK at IEM Gyeonggi. The field will consist of 10 teams from the LCK Summer Series and four teams from the Challengers Series.

Despite losing in an epic semifinal during the worlds, the ROX Tigers enter KeSPA as the +175 favorites to win the event. ROX ultimately won the LCK Summer Split with a record of 15-3, just ahead of SK Telecom T1 and KT Rolster, who both finished at 13-5. During the split, Peanut may have cemented himself as the best jungler in the world with a 6.5 KDA ratio and a 75.2 kill participation percentage.

Coming off their victory at the worlds, their third in four years, SKT is coming in just behind ROX at +225. Faker continued to prove to be the best midlaner to ever live, but it was Bang that really stole the show, as the ADC dealt more damage than any other competitor and had the third-best KDA ratio in the tournament.

Though Samsung Galaxy just competed in the worlds finals, they were completely outclassed by SKT. Galaxy enters the KeSPA Cup at +650, which are lower odds than KT Rolster, who failed to qualify for the worlds.
