L.A. Freeway Series Preview

Interleague play resumes with the red hot L.A. Dodgers home favorites tonight in the first game of the Freeway Series against the L.A. Angels.

This season the Dodgers are 23-10 at home, which is the best home record in the Majors, and the Angels are 17-17 on the road.

The Angels have won two of the last three Freeway Series’ played at Dodgers Stadium.

The Angels’ pitching has been their weakness this season, as they have given up the third most runs in the AL.

In Game 2 tomorrow night John Ely (3-2 3.00 ERA) is slated to start for the Dodgers and Scott Kazmir (5-5 5.41 ERA) is scheduled to start for the Angels.
