NASCAR Odds: Tums Fast Relief 500

Jimmie Johnson isn't first in the current driver standings, but he is in top spot on the NASCAR futures at the sportsbooks as the Sprint Cup Series heads to Martinsville this weekend for the Tums Fast Relief 500.

Johnson sits seven points behind Brad Keselowski with four races remaining in the Chase for the Sprint Cup, but he's the +125 favorite at TopBet to win the drivers championship this year as he heads to a track where he's won six times in the past.

Keselowski is next at +200 odds to win the title, with Denny Hamlin third at +300 odds. Hamlin has four career Cup victories at Martinsville, and he will be looking for a fifth on Sunday afternoon as he tries to improve his championship chances - he's currently 20 points back of first place in the standings.

Clint Bowyer sits at +1500 odds at TopBet to win the Sprint Cup this season, and he's only five points back of Hamlin in fourth place in the current driver standings. Kasey Kahne, fifth in the driver standings, sits at +2500 odds.

Ryan Newman, A.J. Allmendinger, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Matt Kenseth, and Martin Truex Jr. finished first through fifth at Martinsville in the Goody's Fast Relief 500 in April, with Hamlin sixth, Keselowski ninth, Bowyer 10th, and Johnson 12th in that race.
