Bulls Underdogs in Game 4
After upsetting the Cavaliers in Game 3 the Bulls can tie their first-round playoff series 2-2 today if they can take down Cleveland again. In Game 3 on Thursday night, the Bulls defeated the Cavs 108-106 as a 4-point underdog at Bovada. Anthony Parker had a chance to give the Cavaliers a win, but his three-point attempt at the buzzer was no good. Derrick Rose led the Bulls with 31 points and seven assists, and Kirk Hinrich had by far his best game of the series with 27 points.

LeBron James deposited 39 points to go with 10 rebounds and eight assists for Cleveland, but he also turned the ball over a few times late that killed the Cavaliers’ momentum. Despite their win in Game 3 the Bulls are still a 5.5-point underdog in today’s game. The home team has won every game in the series so far and the Bulls are 3-1 in their last four at home versus Cleveland. Paul Pierce unloaded 32 points on the Heat for the Celtics, while Dwyane Wade netted 34 points in another losing effort.
After Friday night’s win the Celtics have won eight in a row versus the Heat while going 6-2 ATS. They’re a 1.5-point road underdog in today’s game. Also on tap today are Game 3 between Dallas and San Antonio, and Denver and Utah. The Spurs took a 2-1 series lead over the Mavericks on Friday night with a 94-90 win as a 3.5-point favorite. Tim Duncan led the way with 25 points and Tony Parker continued his strong play coming off the bench with 23 points. Dirk Nowitzki scored a game-high 35 points for Dallas, but the rest of the Mavericks’ starters combined to score only 16 points in the loss. The Spurs are a 2.5-point home favorite in today’s game. If San Antonio does win today it would be their first back-to-back home wins over Dallas since 2008. The Nuggets are in need of a win today, down 2-1 to the Jazz.
Utah went up 2-1 with a 105-93 win in Game 3 as a 2.5-point favorite. Deron Williams led the Jazz again with 24 points and 10 assists, while Paul Millsap had a huge game off the bench with 22 points and 19 rebounds. Carmelo Anthony and Chauncey Billups each netted 25 points for Denver, which accounted for more than 50% of the Nuggets’ total scoring. The rest of the Nuggets’ starters scored only 18 points in the loss. Utah is a 2-point favorite in today’s game. The Jazz have won nine of their last 10 games at home while going 7-3 ATS.
