In their last games the Celtics beat the Washington Wizards 86-83 on Sunday and the Bucks were impressive in beating the Cleveland Cavaliers 92-85 on Saturday.
Even though the Celtics have won four in a row none of the teams they beat are currently in the playoff picture.
The Celtics have won seven of their last eight games against the Bucks.
Kendrick Perkins and Kevin Garnett have to play good defense on Bucks’ C Andrew Bogut (16 ppg 10.3 rpg), who has had a great season. When Bogut scores at least 20 points the Bucks are 14-3 this season.
Both of these teams win with defense, as each is ranked in the top 10 in opponents’ points allowed, Boston is ranked first, but neither is ranked in the top 18in scoring.
The Bucks have to play solid defense on the Big 3 of Ray Allen (16.5 ppg), Paul Pierce (17.7 ppg), and KG (14.4 ppg).
Bucks’ rookie PG scored 25 points and was 5/7 from beyond the 3-point arc in the win over Cleveland. That may have snapped him out of his shooting sump, as since the beginning of February he was only averaging 9.9 ppg on 29.7% shooting.
The Celtics won the last games between these two teams in December and KG had a huge game going for 25 points and nine boards.
Boston is 1-4 ATS in the last 5 meetings in Milwaukee and 0-4 ATS in their last 4 games against the Bucks.

Thursday Big Games
Chicago Bulls at Orlando Magic
The Bulls are really struggling, as they have lost four in a row and even though they are in the eighth position in the East they only lead ninth place Charlotte by ½ game. The Magic have won five straight and have the second best home record in the Eastern Conference.
Atlanta Hawks at Washington Wizards
Both of these teams are struggling, but at least Atlanta will make the playoffs. However, with the Hawks’ last loss they fell behind Boston in the Eastern Conference and now Atlanta is in the fourth position.
