Midwest Region Betting Predictions

Undefeated Wichita State will have to fend off challengers Louisville and Duke in the Midwest Region of the NCAA Tournament this year, at least according to the oddsmakers setting the March Madness betting lines at the sportsbooks.

At Bovada top-seeded Wichita State is back at 4/1 on the odds to win the Midwest Region of the NCAA Tournament, with No. 4 Louisville at 8/5, and No. 3 Duke at 7/2. Second-seeded Michigan is then at 11/2 on that odds list, with eighth-seeded Kentucky sitting at 12/1 to win the region.
