It's almost hard to keep up with all of what's happening around college basketball at the moment, what with 17 (did we count that right?) conference tournaments going on simultaneously.
But in trying to sort some of it out, here's a quick look at some of Friday's better action.
In the quarterfinals in the Atlantic 10, which could send a half-dozen teams to the upcoming NCAA tournament, top-seeded St. Louis plays a very fortunate Charlotte; LaSalle battles Butler; second-seeded VCU takes on St. Joseph's; and Temple meets UMass.

In the early betting the Billikens were favored by 11 points over the 49ers; the Bulldogs were chalked at -2 over the Explorers; the Rams were favored by eight points over the Hawks; and the Owls were favored by four points over the Minutemen.
At the SEC tournament in Nashville top-seeded Florida plays LSU; Alabama meets Tennessee; second-seeded Kentucky takes on Vanderbilt; and Ole Miss matches up with Missouri.

In the early betting the Gators were favored by 16 points over the Tigers; the Tide was getting two points from the Vols; the Wildcats were favored by six points over the Commodores; and Mizzou was favored by five points over the Rebs.
The semifinals of the Big East tournament give us first a battle of longtime rivals as top-seeded Georgetown clashes with fifth-seeded Syracuse (7 pm ET, ESPN). Then fourth-seeded Louisville, which won this tournament last year, meets sixth-seeded Notre Dame (9:30 pm ET, ESPN).
As of early Friday morning the Hoyas were favored by two points over the Orange, and the Cardinals were favored by eight points over the Irish.
In the semifinals of the Big 12 tournament in Kansas City fifth-seeded Iowa State gets another shot at top-seeded Kansas, and second-seeded Kansas State tangles with third-seeded Oklahoma State.
In early betting the Jayhawks were favored by six points over the the Cyclones, and the Wildcats were favored by two points over the Cowboys.
And in the semifinals of the Mountain West tournament out in Vegas top-seeded New Mexico was favored by two points over fourth-seeded San Diego State, and second-seeded Colorado State was getting four points from third-seeded UNLV.
Conference tournament play also continues in, among other places, the ACC, the Big Ten and the Pac-12.
