NCAA Tournament Betting Update
It's almost hard to keep up with all of what's happening around college basketball at the moment, what with 17 (did we count that right?) conference tournaments going on simultaneously.
But in trying to sort some of it out, here's a quick look at some of Friday's better action.
In the quarterfinals in the Atlantic 10, which could send a half-dozen teams to the upcoming NCAA tournament, top-seeded St. Louis plays a very fortunate Charlotte; LaSalle battles Butler; second-seeded VCU takes on St. Joseph's; and Temple meets UMass.
In the early betting the Billikens were favored by 11 points over the 49ers; the Bulldogs were chalked at -2 over the Explorers; the Rams were favored by eight points over the Hawks; and the Owls were favored by four points over the Minutemen.
At the SEC tournament in Nashville top-seeded Florida plays LSU; Alabama meets Tennessee; second-seeded Kentucky takes on Vanderbilt; and Ole Miss matches up with Missouri.

As of early Friday morning the Hoyas were favored by two points over the Orange, and the Cardinals were favored by eight points over the Irish.
