Pittsburgh has been a regional power for many years but it has never translated into a deep tournament run.

For BYU, Jimmer Fredette is largely a one-man show but when one man puts up 52 points like he did in the Mountain West tournament, that can be good enough. If he stays hot, the Cougars can make the Round of 16. If he cools off, BYU is an upset candidate.
