Wofford and Chattanooga separated themselves from the pack in the Southern Conference standings this past season, and those two schools are set as the favorites to win the 2015 conference tournament at online sportsbook Sportsbook.
Wofford was 25-6 overall and 16-2 in conference play this season, earning them the No. 1 seed at the Southern Conference Tournament ahead of Chattanooga - which went 22-9 overall and 15-3 against conference opponents. At Sportsbook Wofford is the -130 tournament favorite, with Chattanooga next at +325.
Mercer was 17-14 overall and 12-6 against conference opponents this past season, and as the No. 3 seed they'll take on No. 6 VMI in the quarterfinals of the tournament. No. 4 Western Carolina will meet No. 5 East Tennessee State in another quarterfinal matchup. Mercer sits at +425 on the tournament odds at Sportsbook, with ETSU at +1000, Western Carolina at +1500, and VMI at +3500.
The top two seeds, meanwhile, will find out their quarterfinal opponents on March 6, with Wofford getting the Sportsbook between No. 8 UNC Greensboro and No. 9 Samford while Chattanooga faces the Sportsbook of No. 7 The Citadel and No. 10 Furman. No. 2 Elon and No. 3 College of Charleston will meet in the other semifinal matchup on Sunday. Elon defeated No. 10 UNC Greensboro 68-61 on Friday to advance, and Charleston defeated No. 6 Western Carolina 78-70. Charleston is 4-1 SU and ATS in its last five games against Elon.

No. 12 Furman was the Southern Conference’s worst team this regular season, but they upset No. 5 Samford to advance to the quarterfinals in Southern Conference Tournament betting action. Furman will face No. 4 Appalachian State on Saturday.
No. 9 Georgia Southern dispatched Wofford on Friday to set up a quarterfinal matchup against No. 1 Davidson. Davidson ended the regular season with 14 straight wins.

Davidson is going off at -245 to win the Southern Conference Tournament, and if the regular season is any indication the South Division champions should do just that.
No. 1 Davidson breezed through its conference schedule with a 17-1 SU conference record en route to a 23-7 record overall. Davidson enters the tournament on a 14-0 SU and 8-6 ATS run.
No. 3 College of Charleston could be Davidson’s biggest competition down the line at +475 odds to win the Southern Conference Tournament. Charleston finished 14-4 SU in conference play (and 22-9 SU overall) but lost both of its games against Davidson.

No. 2 Elon (+800) won the North Division to earn the No. 2 seed in the tournament with a 13-5 SU conference record and a 20-10 SU overall record. Elon, College of Charleston, and Davidson were the only teams in the Southern Conference to finish the regular season with a winning record overall.
Friday’s first round kicks off with four games, starting with No. 8 Wofford (+3000) facing No. 9 Georgia Southern (+10000). Both teams finished the regular season with identical conference and overall records, and the Sportsbook will face No. 1 Davidson in the quarterfinals.
