Miami Hurricanes Quarterback Brad Kaaya

Hurricanes Hard to Beat at Home

Home field advantage has meant a lot to the University of Miami Hurricanes with the U winning 16 of their past 19 games on home soil. So far this season, the Hurricanes are a perfect 3-0 at home and have outscored their opponents 111-53. Miami will need to use all of their home field advantage when they host undefeated Clemson Saturday.

Shark Bites
  • The UNDER is 5-1 in Clemson’s past six road games.
  • Miami is 6-3 ATS in their past nine home games.
  • Miami quarterback Brad Kaaya has not thrown an interception in four games.

Clemson continues to keep pace with Florida State atop the ACC with both teams being the only two remaining undefeated teams in the conference. After being largely underwhelming this year, Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson had a huge game against Boston College last week, throwing for 420 yards and three touchdowns.

Miami was looking to run out the clock when a defensive offside gave them a free play last week, and the Hurricanes jumped on the opportunity for the final touchdown that put the game out of reach for Virginia Tech. Despite the U losing two of their past three, quarterback Brad Kaaya has completed over 60 percent of his passes with five touchdowns and no interceptions in those games.
