College Football Betting Trends: Week 1

Boise State has been a double-digit underdog just once in 13 years, but the Broncos open the season in that role.

Visiting Ole Miss in Week 1 of the college football betting season, the Broncos get double digits for the first time since 2008, when they upset Oregon on the road.

They are not the only team that is accustomed to favorite status that oddsmakers have turned into underdogs for this week.

Cal also gets 10 points visiting Northwestern in a Pac-12 vs. Big Ten clash. Clemson (getting 7.5 points per the latest college football lines menu) is another team looking to bite as underdogs. They visit Georgia.
