College Football Week 10 Betting Trends

The Kansas State Wildcats are 7-1 straight up and 6-2 against the spread in their last eight home games in the month of November. The Wildcats will have upset on the mind this Thursday night as a big underdog hosting the Baylor Bears.

Kansas State is a 17.5-point home underdog at online sportsbook BetOnline. The home team is 7-1 SU over the last eight games between Baylor and Kansas State. Baylor is also just 5-15 SU in its last 20 road games in November. Coming off their bye week, the Bears will turn to freshman quarterback Jarrett Stidham to make his first start in place of the injured Seth Russell.

TRENDS WORKING AGAINST THE IRISH?

Notre Dame is going off as an 8.5-point favorite on the road this Saturday against the Pittsburgh Panthers. Many of the trends in this game point to it being a potentially dangerous one for the Fighting Irish, who are 0-5 ATS in their last five November games and 1-5 SU and ATS in their last six November games against Pittsburgh. Each of the last six games in this head-to-head series has been decided by a touchdown or less, with both teams splitting at 3-3 SU.

In arguably the biggest game of the weekend, the LSU Tigers visit the Alabama Crimson Tide as a 6.5-point road underdog. LSU has enjoyed success against Alabama on the road in the past with a 5-2 SU record in their last seven road games against Alabama. The Crimson Tide are 5-6-1 ATS in their last 12 games against SEC opponents despite an 11-1 SU record over that stretch.

ATS trends in favor of cornhuskers

And the OddsShark College Football Database also points out that the Nebraska Cornhuskers are 5-2 SU and 6-1 ATS in their last seven games against the Michigan State Spartans.

Nebraska is also 11-3 SU in its last 14 games after losing as a favorite, 7-0 SU in its last seven games coming off consecutive losses and 15-4 SU in its last 19 November home games. Michigan State is undefeated at 8-0 SU but has gone just 2-6 ATS this season and could be on upset alert this Saturday going off at only -5.5 on the road.
