College Football Week 12 Odds
College football’s regular season is winding down, and teams are competing for division titles as well as pride down the stretch. Here’s a look at three of Saturday’s best betting matchups.
Ohio State is a 3-point road favorite at Bovada heading into Iowa this week. While the game isn’t quite as important as it appeared it would be at the beginning of the season, Ohio State is still trying to keep their chances of winning the Big Ten alive, and will need to get through Iowa to do so.
While their one loss spoiled any chances of making it to the National Championship, Ohio State is 9-1 SU and 8-2 ATS this season. Despite the great record ATS, Ohio State has only played three games away from home this season, and are 1-2 ATS on the road.
Iowa (7-3 SU, 5-4 ATS) has been a great home team this year at 5-1 SU and 4-1 ATS, with the only loss being to No. 7 Wisconsin. Ohio State may be the better team, but considering their road struggles and Iowa’s strong home field advantage, this should be a very good game.
Wisconsin is a 4-point road favorite at Sportsbook.ag when they visit the Big House to face Michigan this week. At 9-1 SU, Wisconsin will likely win the Big 10 if they win out, but they must overcome this test in Michigan.
After starting the season off 0-5 ATS in their first six games (5-1 SU), Wisconsin has won their last four games both SU and ATS, including road games at Iowa and Purdue. Their last game was an astounding 83-20 home win over Indiana.
Michigan has gone the opposite direction ATS this season, starting the season off 3-0 ATS in their first four games and then going 0-6 ATS (3-3 SU) in their last six games. Denard Robinson will try to help break Michigan out of this ATS slump with a win over red-hot Wisconsin on Saturday.
Nebraska is -2.5 at
on the road this week against Texas A&M. The Cornhuskers can officially close the door on Missouri and clinch the Big 12 North with a win this week.
Despite an excellent 9-1 SU record, Nebraska is just 4-5 ATS. They have fared well on the road, however, at 3-1 ATS.
Texas A&M should provide a very difficult road test. The Aggies have won four straight games both SU and ATS, including an upset over Oklahoma as 4.5-point underdogs at home. They are 5-1 SU and 3-2 ATS at home this season.
