Line Moves: College Football Week 12

All of this week’s biggest college football line movements have something in common; bettors are putting their money on big favorites. All four games that have seen a line movement of two or more points feature a double-digit favorite.

Here’s a look at those four games and the big favorites college football bettors love this week.

Kentucky @ Georgia (from -27.5 to -30.5 at 5Dimes)

Georgia is in position to win the SEC East with a win this Saturday, and bettors clearly believe they are going to get that win comfortably. Since starting off the season 0-2 SU and ATS, Georgia has won eight straight games and is 7-1 ATS over that stretch. The Bulldogs are also 8-2 SU and 6-4 ATS in their last 10 games against Kentucky.

Oklahoma @ Baylor (from +13.5 to +16.0 at Bovada)

The Oklahoma Sooners have picked up big wins and covers over Kansas State and Texas A&M since being upset by Texas Tech, and early bettors seem to predict they’ll get another big win against Baylor. Oklahoma is 20-0 all time against Baylor, and have covered the spread in three of their last five meetings.

Boise State @ San Diego State (from +16.0 to +18.5 at TopBet)

Despite the fact that Boise State picked up their first loss of the season last week, bettors still feel that they can cover as a big favorite on the road. Both San Diego State and Boise State have lost three straight ATS. Boise State is 4-1 ATS on the road this season compared to 0-4 ATS at home.

LSU @ Mississippi (from +28.5 to +30.5 at Bovada)

With LSU sitting at 10-0 SU and 7-3 ATS and Ole Miss 2-8 SU and 3-7 ATS, it’s not too surprising that bettors are expecting LSU to take care of business and cover the spread this week. It is worth noting that Ole Miss is 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games against LSU, and won outright the last time these two teams met in Mississippi.
