Sooners, Bears NCAAF opening odds

No. 5 Oklahoma is right back in the national championship picture after Stanford and Boise State lost on Saturday, and this week they’re on the road to take on No. 25 Baylor.

In 20 meetings all time against Baylor the Sooners are 20-0 SU, and they are also 3-0 ATS in their last three trips to Waco. Oklahoma is a 14.5-point favorite at TopBet.

No. 17 Nebraska visits No. 20 Michigan in a battle for position in the Big Ten Legends division. Michigan State looks poised to win the division, but if they stumble against Indiana or Northwestern and Nebraska wins this week and next against Iowa, the Cornhuskers would take the division holding the head-to-head tiebreaker over Michigan State. Michigan is a 3-point favorite at home at 5Dimes.

In another important Big Ten matchup, No. 21 Penn State hits the road to take on Ohio State. Penn State will play Wisconsin in a game that will decide the Leaders division next week, but they don’t want to enter that game reeling on a two-game losing streak. Ohio State is 7-2 SU and 6-3 ATS in their last nine games against Penn State. The Buckeyes are a 6.5-point favorite at BetOnline.

After their big win over Stanford, No. 4 Oregon wants a rematch against LSU in the BCS Championship Game. To stay in the conversation, they’ll need a win this week at home over No. 18 USC. The Ducks are 3-1 SU and ATS in their last four games against USC. Oregon is favored by 15 points at TopBet.

No. 1 LSU is a 28.5-point road favorite over Mississippi and No. 2 Oklahoma State is a 26-point road favorite over Iowa State this week, both at 5Dimes, as both teams look to stay undefeated down the stretch.
