Bulls Renew Rivalry with Undefeated UCF Knights

The Central Florida Knights will be looking to extend their perfect SU record to 11-0 on Friday afternoon, when they renew their rivalry with the South Florida Bulls with a Week 13 college football matchup at Bright House Networks Stadium. The Knights are coming off a 45-19 win at Temple while the Bulls aim to build off last week’s 27-20 win over Tulsa as 23.5-point home chalk.

Shark Bites
  • Central Florida is 7-1 SU and 6-2 ATS in its last eight games on Friday.
  • South Florida is 8-2 ATS in its last 10 games on the road against teams with winning records.
  • The total has gone UNDER in 12 of South Florida’s last 15 games on the road in November.

The Knights ended a three-game ATS slide with last week’s win over Temple as 13-point road chalk. UCF continues to lead the nation in points scored per game with 48.2, and has tallied an eye-popping 57.2 points per game on home turf this season. However, UCF remains a middling 3-3 ATS in its past three as a double-digit home underdog.

The 9-1 Bulls can edge out UCF for top spot in the American Athletic’s East division standings with an outright win, but have struggled to dominate opponents in recent weeks. USF has failed to cover in four straight, including a 28-24 outright loss to Houston as 10-point home chalk in Week 9. The Bulls are also winless SU in eight straight as heavy road underdogs, but have covered in six of seven on the road when pegged as double-digit underdogs.

USF has dominated the Knights in their past two meetings, including a 44-3 rout as 24.5-point road chalk in their last visit two years ago, and is 6-2 SU and ATS in eight all-time matchups. The point total has finished UNDER in three of their past four dates, and in three of four at UCF.
