NFL Week 15 Line Moves

There isn’t a lot to report in NFL line moves for Week 15, except for a pair of games that saw a two-point jump.

Those two games were Arizona at Detroit and Minnesota at Carolina.

The Cardinals Lions game opened with Arizona as a 10.5-point favorite at Bovada. The current line has the Cards down as a 12.5-point chalk.

People betting against the Lions isn’t anything new and should be expected considering Detroit has beat the spread only once in their last eight games. The Lions are so bad even the Cardinals awful performance against the 49ers last week wasn’t enough to keep bettors from dumping all their cash on Arizona.

The Vikings and Panthers contest began the week with Minnesota listed as a 7-point favorite at Bovada. If you want to bet on Minnesota now you’ll have to take them as a 9-point chalk.

It’s not too hard to see why the money is going the Vikings way. The Vikings have lost ATS only once in their last six games, while the Panthers are a lame 2-4 ATS at home this season. The Panthers can't score and the Vikes rarely give up much on defense.

Free NFL Week 15 picks

We were almost perfect in Week 14 with a 2-1 mark ATS. Choosing New England to cover 14 was a stupid idea looking back, but at least the Jets and Packers delivered. We’re now 23-20-1 ATS on the season and think we found a few more winners for Week 15.

New England (-7) at Buffalo at Bovada

We’re sticking with the Patriots again this week. Why? Well, because they’ve won 12-straight versus Buffalo while going 9-3 ATS. And, they’ve won five in a row at Buffalo with a 5-0 ATS mark, outscoring the Bills 163-40 in the process! Throw in that the Pats need wins to hold onto the division lead and they win and cover this one easily.

Denver at Oakland (+14) at Bovada

I had a hard time taking Oakland with Charlie Frye starting, but the numbers don’t lie. The Broncos don’t cover at home versus Oakland. In their last 10 trips to Denver the Raiders are a lame 2-8 SU, but they’re 6-4 ATS.

And, in their last five games at Denver, the Raiders have covered in four of them. Throw in that Denver in 1-5 in their last six games as a double-digit favorite and I’ll take the Raiders to beat the spread.

Arizona (+12.5) at Detroit at Bovada

The Cardinals should be pretty mad after their horrible performance in San Francisco last week. At least they get to take it out on the awful Lions. Detroit has covered once in their last eight games and now their league worst defense faces the high-flying Cardinals passing attack.

This game has rout written all over it. I’ll take Arizona in and easy bounce back win.
