When you think of the most likely NFL teams to play OVER the total, you usually think of high-powered quarterbacks.
Indeed, the New England Patriots - with that Tom Brady fellow – have been the best NFL OVER team of the past six seasons at a 59-46-2 clip. Drew Brees has guided the Saints to 58 OVERs and Aaron Rodgers – and his predecessor Brett Favre – has helped the Packers play OVER 57 times.

But it’s not always the high-octane offenses. Sometimes, its the low-octane defenses.
Seattle and Detroit join the Top 5 of the Most NFL OVERs list.
Not surprisingly, offensively challenged teams and ones that rely heavily on the ground game often top the list of most NFL UNDER plays.
Miami has played more UNDERs than any team in the past six years at 55. Kansas City and Washington are tied for second at 54 while the Atlanta Falcons and St. Louis Rams each have 53.
