A week that many experts predicted would go to the road teams turned out instead to be pretty good for the home teams.
Home teams split 8-8 SU in Week 13 of the NFL season, but the trends may favor roadies again in Week 14. Underdogs went 10-5-1 ATS last week, while totals betting trended UNDER at 9-7.
In Week 14, conflicting trends in Denver have many wondering if they can cover a spread in Oakland. On top of it being a letdown hole (after clinching the division last week), the Broncos face a divisional game while riding an 8-game win streak as a favorite.

But make the Broncos a big favorite and watch the profits vanish. In 11 recent games where Denver was favored by more than 8 points (they opened at -11.5 at Oakland), they are 0-11 ATS.
The Tennessee vs Indianapolis game shows some trends that point towards a Colts cover. The Titans have lost 8 of 9 here and are 1-9 ATS within the division. The Colts meanwhile are riding hot streaks at home and within the AFC South.
The Chargers have lost 12 of 13 at Pittsburgh dating back to 1982, but the UNDER might be the safest trend as the Steelers have played 8 straight UNDERs at home.
