NFL Betting Trends: Week 9 Trends List

The Carolina Panthers are 5-1 ATS in their last six home games against Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints as those division rivals battle for the NFC South lead on Thursday Night Football and we look at the Week 9 NFL betting trends.

New Orleans opened as small road underdogs for this contest, but by Monday night they'd moved to small road favorites at the online sportsbooks. The Saints are just 7-19 ATS in their last 26 games as road favorites since 2009, and 0-7 ATS as road favorites in the past two seasons.

Elsewhere on the NFL betting trends for this week, the Indianapolis Colts are 8-3 ATS in their last 11 games on Monday Night Football as they visit the New York Giants for the primetime matchup this week. Totals bettors have also watched the OVER go 9-1 in the past 10 Colts road games.

The Oakland Raiders opened as huge 15.5-point underdogs on the road at the Seattle Seahawks for this week, but they're 8-3 ATS in their last 11 games against Seattle and 9-3 ATS in their last dozen games as double-digit underdogs. Seattle, though, is 12-4-1 ATS as a double-digit favorite since 2003.

And the San Diego Chargers and the Miami Dolphins have played to 11 straight UNDER results since 1995 as they  prepare to meet on Sunday afternoon. The Chargers are 10-2-1 ATS in their last 13 games as road underdogs, with the Dolphins opening as slight home chalk for the contest.
