NFL Odds: Week 11 Betting Trends

The Kansas City Chiefs lead the league in sacks, Denver quarterback Peyton Manning has been battered all season, and the oddsmakers don't really care how threatening coach Andy Reid's bunch is - the Broncos are laying -9.5 points at 5Dimes.

The Chiefs, who were on a bye last week, are not only a sterling 9-0 this season, but they're also a perfect 4-0 ATS on the highway this year. Though Kansas City is mired in a 3-7 spread slide against AFC West teams, it is 1-0 ATS in its lone divisional game this season, covering against the Raiders in a 24-7 win on October 13.

On the flipside, Denver has won 11 of 12 AFC West contests, including two this year, with wins over Oakland and at San Diego. The over is on a 9-0-1 run when the Broncos play at home.

In a key matchup in the NFC, one that could hold implications in the postseason when it comes to seeding, New Orleans is laying -3 to San Francisco, which arrives in the Big Easy after getting upset at home by Carolina last Sunday. And make note Niners fans, the betting numbers don't favor your team, as it's on a 5-10 ATS slide against the Saints, who are in on ATS win streaks of 21-5 at home and 20-4 when laying points inside the Superdome.

Totals lovers would be interested to know the Niners have gone over in six of their last seven road games.

Only two games separate the Redskins and the Eagles in the NFC East, and it's becoming painfully obvious for NFC East fans that an 8-8 or 9-7 mark might win the division. The two rivals meet on Sunday in Philadelphia, where the Eagles are laying -3 points to Washington, which has covered five of its last six trips to Philadelphia.

The Eagles, who have become known as quite the road warriors this season, are mired in an 0-6 rut both SU and ATS when laying points at Lincoln Financial Field. The Redskins are also on an 8-3 ATS streak in divisional play, but are 0-2 both SU and ATS this season in NFC East play.
