NFL Week 3 OddsShark Computer Picks

The Seattle Seahawks will be looking to avoid starting their season 0-3 for the first time since 2002 when they host the Chicago Bears Sunday. The OddsShark Super Computer is expecting an absolute blowout with a projected 29.2-15.2 score in favor of the Seahawks.

The Bears will be without starting quarterback Jay Cutler in Seattle and will instead start the less than good Jimmy Clausen. During his two seasons with the Bears Clausen has averaged 4.9 yards per completion with two touchdowns and two interceptions.

The Seahawks’ offensive line has been struggling mightily allowing eight sacks with running backs averaging just 3.43 yards per carry.

Home Sweet Home

The OddsShark Super Computer expects it to be a big week for home teams with only one road team projected to win SU. The Indianapolis Colts are the lone travelling team projected to win with a predicted 25.2-23.5 score over the Tennessee Titans.

The predictions against the spread are varied though with the projected scores for many games being close, teams on homefield are expected to go 10-6 ATS according to the Super Computer.

Jets Expected to be Flying High

The New York Jets are currently projected to win a tight 24.1-23.9 score over the Philadelphia Eagles according to the OddsShark Super Computer. If the Jets can pull off the win SU it will be the first time they have opened a season 3-0 since 2009 when they made it to the AFC Championship Game.

The Eagles have been terrible so far this season with Sam Bradford carrying the worst quarterback rating of any starting signal caller in the NFL while their running game has averaged an abysmal 2.1 yards per carry.
