NFL Week 3 OddsShark Computer Picks

The New England Patriots are the biggest favorites on the NFL betting board for Week 3 of the season, and the OddsShark NFL Computer believes they will be able to cover that huge spread at home against the Oakland Raiders.

The latest NFL odds for Week 3 of the season have the Patriots listed as 15.5-point favorites at home against the Raiders, and the OddsShark NFL Computer likes Tom Brady and company's chances of covering that line - the computer has the final score of the contest estimated at about New England 34, Oakland 16. The Pats are 1-1 SU and ATS on the season, while the Raiders are 0-2 SU and 1-1 ATS.

The Seattle Seahawks are currently listed as 5-point home favorites on the NFL Week 3 odds in their Super Bowl rematch against the Denver Broncos on Sunday afternoon, and the OddsShark NFL Computer thinks they'll win again - but not cover the spread at the sportsbooks. The predicted result of the Seahawks vs. Broncos matchup is set at Seattle 35.7, Denver 33.6.

The New Orleans Saints have grown to a 10.5-point favorite at home against the Minnesota Vikings for Sunday on the news that running back Adrian Peterson has been put on the exempt list while his legal issues are resolved. The OddsShark NFL Computer had set its predicted score for that game at New Orleans 28.2, Minnesota 22.9 at the beginning of the week.

As for the three primetime games this week, for Thursday night the OddsShark NFL Computer has Tampa Bay beating Atlanta 19.2 to 17.6, while for Sunday night its prediction is Carolina 25.9, Pittsburgh 25.3, and for Monday night it's the Jets 20.9, Chicago 19.8. Current NFL Week 3 odds have Atlanta at -6.5, Carolina at -3, and the Jets at -2.5.
