NFL Week 8 Sunday Games News & Notes

Having climbed from a 2.5-point road underdog to a 1-point road underdog over the course of the week the Philadelphia Eagles will be looking to buck the betting trends and pay off for the OddsShark SuperContest entry against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday afternoon.

The Eagles are just 0-3-1 ATS in their last four games against the Cardinals according to the Week 8 NFL betting trends, but with the OddsShark Computer predicting a 32.5 to 29.7 victory for them at University of Phoenix Stadium they're one of five picks made for the SuperContest this week.

Philadelphia is 5-1 both SU and ATS on the season, but 10-4 ATS in its last 14 games as a road underdog. Arizona is 5-1 SU and 4-2 ATS on the season, and 5-1 both SU and ATS in its last six home games against teams from the NFC East.
