Saturday Divisional Playoff Odds

The NFL's Divisional Playoffs rematches get started on Saturday afternoon with the rubber match between AFC North division rivals Baltimore and Pittsburgh.

The matchup truly is a rubber match as the Ravens and Steelers split the regular-season series with a win apiece. In Week 4, with Ben Roethlisberger sitting out to finish off his four-game suspension, the Steelers were a 2-point home favorite but lost to the Ravens 17-14. [ Steelers vs Ravens Matchup Report ]

Rashard Mendenhall provided the only offense for Pittsburgh with two touchdown runs, while Joe Flacco passed for 256 yards with a TD for Baltimore.

With Roethlisberger back behind center in Week 13 the Steelers got some revenge in a 13-10 win as a 3-point road underdog. The Steelers scored 10 unanswered points in the fourth quarter to complete a comeback that was spurred on by Troy Polamalu's sack on Flacco that resulted in a Steelers fumble recovery and set up the game-winning TD. On the road this weekend the Ravens are a 3-point underdog at Bovada while the total has been set very low at 37. The first two games this season between the Ravens and Steelers easily fell UNDER that total, and that could be the case again with the No. 1 (Pittsburgh) and No. 3 (Baltimore) scoring defenses facing off.

To get to the Divisional Playoffs the Ravens mopped the floor with Kansas City last week, 30-7 as a 3-point road favorite. Flacco threw two touchdowns and the defense took care of the rest by holding the Chiefs to 161 yards of offense and forcing five turnovers.

In the last seven meetings between the Steelers and Ravens Pittsburgh is 5-2 SU with a 4-2-1 record ATS. Despite the Week 4 loss at Heinz Field the Steelers own an impressive record versus Baltimore at home with a 8-2 mark SU in their last 10, but only 4-5-1 ATS.

Of note, while many are betting under the total here, the Odds Shark NFL scores predictor has the game 28-25 for the Steelers, which would be an over play.

In the late game on Saturday, the Packers look for another road upset when they take on the NFC's top seed, the Falcons.

Green Bay was a 1.5-point road underdog on the NFL betting lines last week versus Philadelphia and came away with a 21-16 upset win. Aaron Rodgers threw three touchdown passes and James Starks gave life to what had been a dormant Green Bay running game with 123 yards on 23 carries.

The Falcons finished the regular season with nine wins in their last 10 games. They were also 7-1 SU at home this season, which includes a 20-17 win over Green Bay in Week 12 as 2-point chalk. Matt Bryant connected on a 47-yard field goal with seconds remaining in the fourth quarter to give Atlanta the win.

Both defenses delivered stout efforts in that game and that could be the difference this weekend with Green Bay boasting the No. 5 unit in the league and Atlanta having an underrated,16th-ranked D.

The same NFL scores prediction model that picked the Steelers-Ravens game OVER is also calling the Packers-Falcons game OVER the total. And it is projecting a 30-29 upset for the Packers. [ Best Packer moneyline odds was at Sportsbook.ag at +120 ]

The Week 12 win improved the Falcons' home record against the Packers to 5-1 SU. Atlanta is 6-4 SU in their last 10 against the Pack and a solid 7-3 ATS.
