Week 14 sees three double-digit point spreads and the computer likes two favorites to cover. It feels the Browns can stay close to Pittsburgh on Thursday and get the cover at +13.5 points (it projects a 24-13 final).

It has the Ravens beating the Colts 30-6 to cover a 16-point spread, the Patriots covering the Redskins on the road and the Jets covering 10 pointsd at home to the Chiefs.

Last week, the NFL scores predictor slumped to its worst record ever, but was still 8-8 ATS. We didn't like the computer's Chicago pick, thinking it underestimated the loss of Jay Cutler. They lost 10-3 at home to the Chiefs. And it should have won in Foxboro where the Colts led 31-3 after three quarters before resting everyone, allowing the Colts a backdoor cover.
