NHL Odds: All-Star Breakdown

The rosters are set, and now NHL bettors can decide who they like more in the 2011 NHL All-Star Game in Raleigh, North Carolina – Team Lidstrom or Team Staal.

Detroit Red Wings defenseman Nicklas Lidstrom and Carolina Hurricanes forward Eric Staal divvied up the league's All Stars via a draft on Friday night, with Lidstrom assisted by Tampa Bay Lightning forward Martin St. Louis and Chicago Blackhawks forward Patrick Kane, and Staal aided by Washington Capitals defenseman Mike Green and Vancouver Canucks forward Ryan Kesler.

Staal had first pick in the draft and selected goaltender and Carolina Hurricanes teammate Cam Ward. Team Staal then grabbed Washington Capitals forward Alex Ovechkin in the second round, and Vancouver Canucks forward Daniel Sedin in the third round.

Sedin's twin brother Henrik was selected by Team Lidstrom in Round 3, which followed up their selections of Tampa Bay Lightning forward Steven Stamkos, and Chicago Blackhawks defenseman Duncan Keith.

Oddsmakers didn't see much to choose from on the early All-Star lines, with Bovada listing both Team Lidstrom and Team Staal at -110.
