NFL Computer Picks: Week 12 Bets

Fresh off a banner performance in Week 11 the OddsShark Computer has turned its attention to this week’s card and has pinpointed the underdog Dallas Cowboys as one of the easiest winners on the board.

The surging New York Giants have been impressive in rolling off four straight wins after an 0-6 start that began with a loss to the Cowboys. Giants QB Eli Manning was picked off six times in that Week 1 loss in Dallas. The Computer sees the Cowboys giving the Giants similar fits on Sunday

Giants host Cowboys in NFL betting

The New York Giants were left for dead after an 0-6 start. But the Giants head into Sunday’s home game against Dallas Cowboys very much in the NFC East race and primed to become the first team to ever start worse than 0-4 and still make the playoffs.

The Giants began the week as around 2-point favorites over the rested Cowboys, who are coming off a bye. The Cowboys are 7-1 ATS in the past 8 seasons following a bye week.

Dallas needed a break after being dismantled by the New Orleans Saints on Sunday Night Football.

Arizona head coach Bruce Arians got his new job in large part thanks to what he did as interim coach of the Indianapolis Colts last season.

Arians gets a chance to show his appreciation to his former employer when his 6-4 Cardinals host the 7-3 Colts Sunday afternoon out in suburban Phoenix (4:05 pm ET, CBS).

Arizona has won three games in a row, after beating the Jags in Jacksonville Sunday 27-14, and sits in a three-way tie with San Francisco and Chicago in the battle for the second NFC wild-card spot.

Grey Cup Odds: Saskatchewan Hamilton

Saskatchewan is favored to win its second Grey Cup in seven seasons, but some trends stand between them and the Canadian Football League championship.

Or at least in the way of covering the 6-point spread against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.

The CFL betting line was sitting at -6 over at Bovada Wednesday, with the Roughriders favored over the Tiger Cats. Those Grey Cup odds have remained constant since they opened earlier in the week.

Bulls face the Clippers in Los Angeles

The Chicago Bulls will be playing without Derrick Rose on Sunday afternoon as they head to the Staples Center to face Chris Paul and the Los Angeles Clippers in a matinee.

The Clippers are 2-0 both SU and ATS in their last two games against the Bulls heading into their first meeting of the season on Sunday afternoon - with both of those games turning out to be UNDER results on the totals.

Duke plays host to Vermont on Sunday

The No. 6 Duke Blue Devils will be back in action at Cameron Indoor Stadium on Sunday night as they get a visit from the Vermont Catamounts in college basketball betting action.

Duke is coming off an 83-74 win over East Carolina in the Preseason NIT in which they failed to cover a big 23.5-point spread at the sportsbooks. The Blue Devils will return to that tournament action against Alabama on Wednesday night.

Hurricanes play host to the Senators

The OVER has only paid out three times in the last 10 games between the Ottawa Senators and the Carolina Hurricanes as those Eastern Conference teams meet late on Sunday afternoon.

And Carolina sits with a 7-3 record in their last 10 games against Ottawa dating back to 2010, although the Senators won their most recent meeting last April by a 3-2 score as a -165 home favorite on the NHL betting lines at the sportsbooks.

Boxing: Pacquiao vs. Rios Betting Odds

Manny Pacquiao hasn’t looked like himself in recent fights and the moneyline for boxing bettors doesn’t look the same either.

The former multi-division champ looks to return to the win column against Brandon Rios in Macau, China on Saturday and the odds to back Pacman have seldom been as affordable.

Baylor vs Oklahoma State Odds & Pick

Oklahoma State will look to improve on its 9-1 record this week when they host Baylor in Week 13 action at Boone Pickens Stadium on Saturday.

They bring a 9-1 record (7-3 ATS) to the Week 13 battle against the 9-0 Bears, who are 8-1 ATS against the spread. Over under bettors have seen Oklahoma State go 4-6 so far and the Bears go 7-2.
