College Football Week 7 Saturday Notes

No. 13 Georgia is sitting as a 3-point favorite at the sportsbooks on the road against No. 23 Missouri heading into action on Saturday, but the Bulldogs were dealt a huge blow this week when Todd Gurley was suspended indefinitely.

The star running back, who had climbed all the way to the top of the odds to win the Heisman Trophy this week, could miss the remainder of the season as the NCAA investigates possible violations reportedly involving getting paid for autographs by memorabilia dealers.

Ole Miss vs.Texas A&M Week 7 Betting

The Mississippi Rebels will look to improve to a perfect 6-0 when they visit the Aggies on Saturday afternoon. No. 3 Mississippi have rocketed up the AP Top 25 following their stunning 23-17 comeback win over Alabama last week, their sixth straight, SU and ATS.

The 5-1 Aggies suffered their first SU loss of the season last weekend, a 48-31 beating by Mississippi State. The Aggies had previously held opponents to 15 points per game, but were unable to contain a Bulldogs offense that amassed 559 total yards. While the Aggies are 11-4 SU in their last 15 including a 41-38 road win over the Rebels, they are a disappointing 5-10 ATS.

This season the Texas A&M Aggies are 5-1 overall and 3-3 ATS against the spread, while the Rebels are 5-0 and 5-0 ATS. As for the totals, Texas A&M is 3-3 on the OU, and Mississippi is 1-4
