Riders win wild one over Argos
A botched snap allowed the Saskatchewan Roughriders possession deep in offensive territory as they rallied for a fourth TD in the final quarter in a 45-38 comeback victory over the Toronto Argonauts Thursday night in their regular-season finale.
Saskatchewan failed to cover the 9.5-point spread, but the combined 83 points sailed OVER the posted total of 54.
Michael Bishop completed 18 passes for 292 yards and ran for three touchdowns to spark the Roughriders as they look to clinch home field advantage in the postseason.
Kerry Joseph threw for 307 yards with five touchdowns in a losing effort for the Argonauts.
