Big inning lifts Cards over Braves
The St. Louis Cardinals rallied with four runs in the fifth inning as they got past the Atlanta Braves 5-3 Wednesday in the series finale at Turner Field.
St. Louis won the game at EVEN odds, and the eight runs went as a PUSH against the posted over/under (8).
Albert Pujols went 2-for-4 at the plate and drove in one run for the Cardinals. Adam Wainwright tossed his third straight win, and Ryan Franklin collected his seventh save of the season.
Omar Infante had three hits and drove in one run for the Braves. Javier Vazquez gave up nine hits and five runs over eight innings in the loss.
