Pirates stop Reds
Matt Capps pulled out his 27th save to help end a rally and give the Pittsburgh Pirates a 3-1 win over the Cincinnati Reds Friday night.
Pittsburgh won the game as +115 underdogs, while the teams played UNDER the posted over/under (9).
Lastings Milledge had two hits, including a solo home run for the Pirates. Daniel McCutchen tossed 6 1-3 innings for the win, allowing four hits and one run over 6 1-3 innings.
Wladimir Balentien homered for the only Reds run. Justin Lehr gave up four hits and three runs over six innings in the loss.
