Marlins slip past Rockies
The Florida Marlins won for the second straight night and clinched the three-game series with a 3-1 victory over the Colorado Rockies Saturday night.
Florida won the game as -125 favorites, and the four runs went UNDER the game’s posted over/under (9.5).
Hanley Ramirez went 3-for-4 at the plate with a run batted in and two runs scored for the Marlins. Josh Johnson allowed seven hits and one run over seven innings to earn the victory.
Troy Tulowitzki drove in the only run for the Rockies. Jorge De La Rosa fanned 12 batters, while allowing two runs over eight innings in a losing cause.
