Rockies pound Nationals; sweep series

The Colorado Rockies banged out 14 hits in a 10-4 rout of the Washington Nationals Wednesday night at Coors Field.

Troy Tulowitzki went 3-for-4 at the plate a two-run homer, and Ryan Spilborghs drove in three runs for the Rockies. Jorge De La Rosa went 6 1-3 innings, and fanned five batters in the win.

Anderson Hernandez drove in two runs in a losing effort for the Nationals. Ross Detwiler allowed eight hits and six runs over four innings.
